The role:

The Marketing Operations Manager at Miva will be responsible for our marketing systems and processes, campaign and program production, and data management and analytics.

This position works closely with demand generation, content marketing, and sales operations to ensure the efficiency of all marketing programs. Regular activities will include scheduling and updating campaigns, managing lead flow, testing performance (email, web, social, etc.), automating and standardizing procedures, reporting, and analytics.

You will:

  • Support sales revenue goals by maintaining our lead management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, sales follow-ups, and campaign attributions

  • Work with demand generation on regular testing of emails, social media, content, workflow automation, and website properties

  • Work closely with sales operations to ensure data is syncing seamlessly between Salesforce and HubSpot for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting

  • Assist with database cleansing, enrichment, and acquisition initiatives. Identify and address data quality issues on an ongoing basis

  • Establish, maintain, and improve processes for the entire marketing team. Daily and weekly management of project management tools

  • Optimize and build repeatable and self-serve reporting for the marketing team to analyze performance across the pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns

  • Dig into data to understand what messages and campaigns resonate with our prospects and which ones do not

  • Schedule, maintain, update, and analyze ongoing marketing campaigns 

You have:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required

  • Experience in Marketing Operations in B2B SaaS

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a closely related role

  • Expert level in HubSpot marketing automation, experienced in Salesforce CRM

  • Experience with PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Redbooth, etc.)

  • Detail-oriented personality with strong analytical skills

  • Ability to perform in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Tenacious and creative approach to problem-solving

  • Experience with eCommerce solutions and applications is preferred

The salary range for this position is $75k-$85k annually. Compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan.
