The next Project Manager to come onboard will own a high-volume portfolio of customer-facing projects of varying sizes and complexities. We are looking for a person with a proactive leader mentality who thrives on execution, a person who masters tools like Wrike, and someone who can turn complex statements of work (SOW) into seamless customer victories. Things You Will Do: 

  • Portfolio Management: Lead 25 to 50+ concurrent, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
  • Project Planning: Translate Statements of Work (SOWs) into actionable project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Client Leadership: Serve as the primary client contact, guiding deliverables, timelines, and enforcing accountability.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Run structured updates, routine meetings, and handle conflict or escalations smoothly.
  • Resource Optimization: Monitor team capacity, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage project pacing.
  • Risk & Change Management: Track project risks, handle scope adjustments, and re-forecast timelines as needed.
  • Financial Tracking: Monitor budget burn rates, track project hours, and maintain accurate PM system records.
  • Quality & Frameworks: Maintain scalable delivery templates while ensuring all deliverables meet QA standards and there is alignment with the agreed scope.
  • Performance Reviews: Track active project metrics and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.


Things You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience managing customer-facing projects in a Professional Services, web development, SaaS, or eCommerce environment.
  • Experience managing high volumes of concurrent projects in a Professional Services or SaaS environment.
  • Solid skills in scoping, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication.
  • Ability to create project plans from SOWs and manage through execution in a high-volume services delivery environment.
  • Experienced user of project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or similar.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • PMP or CSM certification
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or integration

The salary range for this position is $85k - $100k annually. This information is current as of the initial date of this job posting and may be modified in the future. The actual pay determined for an individual will vary based on job-related factors such as relevant experience and/or education, particular skills, and location.
